Natalie Lumpp

This lively Baden-Württembergerin is an indispensable part of the German wine industry. She has worked as a sommelier for several renowned companies in Baden-Württemberg and started her career at the Traube Tonbach by Hotel Bareiss and Schlosshotel Bühlerhöhe. From Boris Becker to Placido Domingo and Nelson Mandela – many international stars were Natalie Lumpp’s guests and drank the wines that she suggested.
The press became aware of the sympathetic sommelier early on, particularly when she won Baden’s wine competition in 1993 and the Trophée Ruinart in 1997, making her the “Best Sommelier in Germany″ that year.
She regularly writes columns for renowned magazines and newspapers and can also be spotted on television regularly, performing for example on ARD, RTL, SWR, MDR, WDR or on Saarland’s radio station.
