Professional and passionate, those are the words that best describe restaurant professional Maja Kirsch. Those who know Maja Kirsch will confirm that she burns with passion for the subject she has dedicated her life to – wine!

Maja Kirsch completed her education as a sommelier with a grant from the German Sommelier Union, led by Markus des Monego and Guy Bonnefoit. During her three years of study, she created unforgettable moments for many of her guests as the gastronomic leader of the Burg Crass and deepened her knowledge of wine in the Rheingau area and during numerous wine tours in other regions.

After some years of wandering, she landed in establishments such as the Louis C. Jacob & Landhaus Scherrer in Hamburg and the Schwarzwaldstube with Harald Wohlfahrt in Baiersbronn.

Later, Maja Kirsch gained experience in trade and was responsible for purchasing wine and spirits, but also for the training of the sales staff and customers of the delivery business.

According to Maja Kirsch, her years in gastronomy have been on a journey towards good taste!!!
