Brief description

Spanish-Andalusian tapas- specialty night!
Have a great night with your friends and learn about the best Spanish specialties, starting with Spanish sherry, tapas and wines and ending with a digestif of brandy.

  • Lemon squid with fennel and celery
  • Swordfish a la Escabêche
  • Original Iberico pork  with beans and garlic
  • Beef a lá Plancha with eggplant
  • Spanish almond cream with honey peaches

We prepare our meals with fresh, seasonal ingredients. These creations are only examples. If you have other wishes, we will gladly take them into consideration!

The cooking course includes a Sekt aperitif (sparkling wine), the cooking training, menu creation and unlimited refreshing water. We will also provide high-quality wines (0,1l for each course) and a cup of coffee or espresso. You will also receive a certificate and a binder of recipes!
Please bring the following items with you: long pants, sturdy closed footwear, an interest in cooking and a very good mood. Knives and aprons are available for loan!

By appointment it is possible to invite your partner to enjoy the menu!
The price for accompaniment (incl. beverage package) is 65% of the course price. Your accompaniment should be on site about 3 hours after the course has started.
