Number of participants: at least 9 participants. In case less people take part, the group will be charged for 9 participants.
Prepare for a 4 course menu of culinary highlights consisting of European specialties such as:
- Best French king prawns flamed with fennel on Mediterranean grilled vegetables and basil pistou
- Swiss potato soup with grilled mushrooms and truffles
- French rack of lamb a lá Provence with Greek dried fruit, cous cous and cumin yogurt
- Austrian Kaiserschmarrn (shredded pancake) with home made chocolate ice cream, glazed Calvados apples and caramelized walnuts
We prepare our meals with fresh, seasonal ingredients. These creations are only examples. If you have other wishes, we will gladly take them into consideration!
The cooking course includes a Sekt aperitif (sparkling wine), the cooking training, menu creation and unlimited refreshing water. We will also provide high-quality wines (0,1l for each course) and a cup of coffee or espresso. You will also receive a certificate and a binder of recipes!
Please bring the following items with you: long pants, sturdy closed footwear, an interest in cooking and a very good mood. Knives and aprons are available for loan!
By appointment it is possible to invite your partner to enjoy the menu!
The price for accompaniment (incl. beverage package) is 65% of the course price. Your accompaniment should be on site about 3 hours after the course has started.
